Everything good,very, very good all clean perfect.
Avoid at all costs! MHA a/k/a "Peoplefirst" by far was the worst landlord I ever had. Management cares little about their tenants, and makes a habit of bullying them over small things like maintenance requests. And if you are allergic to smoke, forget it. They don't enforce the "no smoking" policy. I moved to a much nicer and quieter place, away from these slumlords.
