Joe was beyond helpful and I cannot emphasize what a treasure of a person he is, especially in a customer service profession. He really made all the difference and the world would be a better place if more people were like him. What was already a frustrating situation, became manageable thanks to Joe, as I had received a bill for excise taxes in RI from 10 years ago, even though I was already living and registered in Massachusetts at that time
It’s never a pleasant experience to find out you have a debt unpaid (vehicle excise tax) in a town you haven’t lived in for years. However, no one to blame but myself. With that said, when the debt ends up in collections, I hope for anyone it ends up with Municipal Collections Agency. I had been communicating with Joe at the agency and I cannot express how helpful and empathetic he was as we worked through the issue. I’m sure he treats everyone the way he treated me…with respect and dignity. Thank you Joe!
They are all so very nice. So personable and kind and helpful. I talked with Joe the most. Joe went above and beyond to help me. I appreciated that so much. My experience overall was a 10 being the best out of 10!
No one likes getting calls from any collection agency, especially a municipal agency..however I cannot explain how grateful I am for Joe. He called my phone today and I missed the call. Reluctantly I called back..after seeing it was a collections call. Joe explained what the issue was AND LISTENED TO ME! That has NEVER happened with any type of collections call.
