They are all so very nice. So personable and kind and helpful. I talked with Joe the most. Joe went above and beyond to help me. I appreciated that so much. My experience overall was a 10 being the best out of 10!
No one likes getting calls from any collection agency, especially a municipal agency..however I cannot explain how grateful I am for Joe. He called my phone today and I missed the call.
