I’ve been taking my BMW to Munich West for several years. Steve is always friendly and honest. And the service is excellent! I highly recommend them.
Very rude. Treated me horribly and got frustrated because I ask to understand what he was explaining about my Volvo. Even his phone presence is not worth the money that he charges. I will NEVER refer anyone to this shop!
