This shop has taken care of me through multiple vehicles. The customer care is outstanding. I’ve never been to a mechanic that genuinely only performs work that is needed. The honesty and integrity have been the reason I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. I’m treated with kid gloves and always respected. These guys are always super nice, they respond to my inquiries quickly and send over quotes super fast. I don’t know anything about cars I just know I’m supposed to get services done and they don’t make me feel stupid and they don’t oversell anything. They’re my go-to for all my big maintenance. I also bring my dog into the waiting room while I’m checking in and out and the guys are really welcoming to him 💕

Joseph, Darby, and the rest of the team at Munich Motorworks are stellar performers. I purchased a 1984 BMW E30 from Joseph back in August and it has never let me down since I bought it, and when it was time to replace the suspension and windshield, Joseph provided a great value for the labor and the car still looks and runs great. I'm not going back! Brought my Mini to these guys because they were closer to me than the Dealership and since they worked on BMWs I thought they would do a good job on my car. They did several repairs on my Mini and each time I felt less trusting of their work. Finally three years ago they replaced a leaking water pump...a year later it was leaking again and they had to replace that one (still under warranty) and now two years later the water pump is leaking again. We had such a good experience here. We took a 2015 Mini Cooper S in here for an inspection recently and I walked away feeling very comfortable with their assessment. The inspection was so thorough they even found a coin that was trapped inside the arm rest (I had discovered this myself prior to the inspection so I know it is true).
