I’ve brought my car to Munich Auto a few times now, and I continue to return because I genuinely trust Ray and his team. On my latest visit, I brought my own filters, wipers, and a fuse for the lighter. I forgot to leave the fuse, but Ray said he had plenty and just took care of it. He installed everything I brought without making a big deal out of it, and I didn’t even realize everything had already been replaced until I used the wipers and saw the new parts were no longer in my backseat. Easy,, honest and reliable service! The owner/manager Ray even buffed out the passenger door of the car I wasn’t selling (It was so bad I thought the paint was chipped in Several places), then fixed the passenger mirror. He refused any tip or anything. Solid place!!

I reached out to the team for some work on my 2018 bmw x3, they were extremely helpful and guided me on work required and how to get back on the road without it costing me an arm and a leg! Highly recommend!

Ray and the team at Munich are the best. Honest, straightforward and reasonably priced. They don’t leave the job half-****ed, they perform great work, and they do the right thing. I ’ve had to take my mini to the shop four times in the mini’s life (owned it from 92k to 228k miles). First time the Dealer—good service but outrageously high pricing.
