I was looking at purchasing a car from out of town and Munich Auto was recommended by mechanic and personal friend in Houston. I had Munich do a pre purchase inspection on the vehicle and they were very accommodating as well as as extremely thorough with the inspection. I was able to see a complete list of all issues the car had as well as items that would become a need in the future, the pictures that accompanied the list made it very easy to understand. I love Munich Auto as much as you can love an auto shop. Ray is reliable, casual, and runs an honest shop. He explains repairs, and lays out recommendations as needed. He is so honest, I have heard him recommend going to the dealership instead of Munich for certain services! (Gasp!) I recommend Munich every chance I get.
Highly recommended by a friend at work brought my 09 Mini Cooper JCW for some sensor issues and reprogramming. Munich Auto took care of the issue and had car back to me the same day.
Ray and his team are always honest, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, especially with a BMW, but they consistently go above and beyond every time. They take the time to explain everything clearly, never try to upsell unnecessary work, and genuinely care about their customers.
