This is the second review I've posted on Munich Auto. I think it's worth noting that my original 5 star rating experience ( three or four years ago) has held up over time. Ray and his team know BMWs inside out and they stand behind their work. Today Ray and his team did a few odds and ends on my tailgate and interior cargo space and refused to accept payment ( Ray deemed it more of a "favor" than a service for a fee)! I’ve brought my car to Munich Auto a few times now, and I continue to return because I genuinely trust Ray and his team. On my latest visit, I brought my own filters, wipers, and a fuse for the lighter. I forgot to leave the fuse, but Ray said he had plenty and just took care of it. He installed everything I brought without making a big deal out of it, and I didn’t even realize everything had already been replaced until I used the wipers and saw the new parts were no longer in my backseat. Easy,, honest and reliable service! The owner/manager Ray even buffed out the passenger door of the car I wasn’t selling (It was so bad I thought the paint was chipped in Several places), then fixed the passenger mirror. He refused any tip or anything. Solid place!!
I reached out to the team for some work on my 2018 bmw x3, they were extremely helpful and guided me on work required and how to get back on the road without it costing me an arm and a leg! Highly recommend!
