Always happy to help It was late at night and I needed into my unit for important documents for work the next day, so I called the office, just hoping someone would answer, and they did. They came right down let me in. To me that is great customer service. I will always recommend them to anyone!
Clean & Secure I needed long term storage for an expanding household. Muni Storage made it easy to get my things moved in. I check on my things regularly and am happy with the services. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
Dont use them!!! After having my families stuff in their units for a couple of months, I returned to find mice poop and pee all over our brand new couch and my two year old daughters winter clothes. It was horrible and the owners didnt care one bit, when I told them were were taking our stuff to a different location they didnt care at all and to make sure we cleaned out all the mouse poop or they will charge us a 20 cleaning fee. We will never use them again.
