When buying a new home, especially when spending over $300K you expect quality. The homes are nice and large, but the quality is not there. Their trades are abismal at best. First time buyers and so far so good. The agent we worked with was great, she was a young woman named Amanda. One of the best customer service experience we have had especially after dealing with apartment buildings. Will recommend working with her to family and friends.

mungo homes is a joke. Recently spoke to david in the raleigh division who told me that im to analytical and I should just go with a resale instead of a presale. This guy won an award in customer service as well. Not quite sure if they got the rewards mixed up. First thing this joke of a sales agent shows me is his award before even showing me any customer service
