When buying a new home, especially when spending over $300K you expect quality. The homes are nice and large, but the quality is not there. Their trades are abismal at best. Our ceilings are different shades of white in different rooms, our trim is different shades of white throughout the house, every drywall seam is visible, every ceiling seam is visible (and am told this normal, even though I don't see it in any other builder, or in my past homes), the concrete is the worst concrete I have ever seen in my life I have 10 ti... read more
