Mungo Homes is a fantastic company and even better new home developer! They focus so much on the beautiful craftsmanship and pay attention to all of the little details! You would be making a mistake if you wanted a new build and didn't buy a Mungo Home!
Before considering purchasing a two level home from Mungo. They DO NOT insulate the upper front and side of garage properly. We were unaware of this because the house was completely built before we purchased it. If we had known we would have not purchased from Mungo. Bedrooms in these locations will approximately temp 10 degrees lower in the winter and 10 degrees higher in the summer. This only happens when you keep your bedroom doors closed.
