Dr. Bobby Lee Hanks and Dr Jill Bates have cared for our pets for over 20 years. Today, my last little family member went to be with the Lord. She was 18 1/2 years old. Her name was Thumper . She always received the best care ever, as did her sister and mother. They both lived to be 18 and 16 years. All the staff members there are caring and compassionate. Today was a very difficult time to say goodbye, but Dr. Bates and Brittney really helped ease the loss. Words can not express how much we appreciate the care and love you ... read more

I have gone to Munford Animal Hospital since Dr. Hanks Sr. first opened his doors to his new practice in the 80’s. Although he doesn’t really see patients anymore both his sons are Veterinarians at the business and are passionate, caring individuals who are very well trained at their profession. What I love about both of them is not only are they caring and compassionate, they have ALWAYS given me options. Our youngest pup Boudicca got pretty sick last night. As always the staff and Drs at Munford Animal Hospital took great care of her. She is slowly getting her strength back. Thank you 😊
Lucy and I can’t thank the staff and especially Dr. Bobby Lee for the care, kindness and sympathy they provided the last 5 weeks of my baby girls life. They did everything possible to keep Lucy comfortable and on the final day, September 28, they gave comfort and compassion to me as I sat with her to cross the rainbow bridge. The staff and Dr Lee will forever be in my heart.
