Horrible establishment!!!!!!! They cancelled my son’s appointment an hr before he was scheduled because I wouldn’t allow the doctor to give him immunization shots! They could have told me this when they called to confirm the appointment days before! My son missed school because of this foolishness. He is an honor roll student with a perfect attendance so I’m LIVID! When I asked for a doctors note, they refused to give me for his school.
