Service Tech John came out to service a system on an old doublewide I recently purchased. He said I needed a new fan and would order the part. after a few days he called and said I would have to pay for another service call because he wanted to spend more time going over the system because it was old. I thought that was odd after he told me the only thing he found was the issue with a fan and the unit was in good shape for its age. He said he could go by there and work on it.
