1. Where do I even start, my wife and I have been very patient with Mundy Residential. We have water damage from our AC unit still waiting to be painted and sanded properly, along with baseboards needing to be replaced. I can only describe my experience with Ross and the construction of my new home. I've had many interactions with the developer's representative. It's been a challenging experience that's lasted 2 years. Construction on my home began in 2020 and it took 18 months. Many of the issues I've experienced resulted from a lack of effective quality control. I closed on my home with several outstanding issues remaining, and other issues were revealed afterwards.
