When I lived in Mundelein this was my preferred bank. It was a bummer when I had to go to the bank on Maple, but it was only because this bank didn't have the printer to give me a new debit card. I assume because they're a smaller establishment? The employees were always very kind to me and my children (if they tagged along). Complementary coffee, water, and candy was sometimes available if there was a wait for a banker. If I ever did have an issue they were very apologetic and worked hard to resolve my problem.
