My Goddaughter attended this place…..avoid it! They have limited experience in dealing with children, in the words of the manager “she did not conform” what 3 year old should! Any decent daycare worker would understand a child who Is having a melt down is their way of expressing how they feel. I just had to unenroll my daughter because the director called me this morning telling me that my kid has refused to wash her hands and laid down. I understand kids can have a tantrum but she insisted I have to go pick her up because they are short stuffed. AND THEY ARE short stuffed. All the kids from diapers to 4 year olds are in the same room with just two teachers. Yet I still have to pay them even after I get my daughter. This is not the first time this has happened. My daughter was enrolled at Kidnercare over a few months, and we had countless issues with staff, and mainly the manager, Tammy. One incident we had was a time when one of the employees fed my 6 month old daughter food which they knew she was allergic to. This was never reported to their higher up’s as it was supposed to have been, and we were still required to pay for missed days of daycare caused by this issue. Unless you want constantly attacked verbally by the director, I recommend finding a different daycare for your child.
