My daughter is deaf and she goes to Indiana School of the Deaf.....the school corporation specifically Mrs. Peckinpaugh wanted her on a bus so they didnt have to pay my wife mileage reimbursement, she is 5 and is just learning to communicate and would be on a bus with people she dont know from 5:30am to 5 pm when she got home.....when my wife takes her its nowhere near that....so they decided to let my wife take her, but now they are an entire month behind in paying her the mileage reimbursement they owe her. Great facilities. Incredible people. Incredible students and teachers. One of the best. Awesome!
were in debt, and i'm not saying just a few grand in debt, i mean literally millions of dollars in debt, at one point the board had 9 million dollars saved for repairs for all of our schools, and out of no where that 9 million disappeared last month. its gotten to the point where the state is taking over because were getting no where. so when you sign up one of your kids to this school. be aware of the problems you may have in the future.
