Excellent! This is one of the first places I ate when coming to St Pete as a boy. Food was great then and it still is today.
Always bring family here when they fly in. It has never let us down.
The chicken was VERY greasy and the batter seasoning wasn't mixed well.. some bites you got a big glob of seasoning in your mouth. The potatoes..oh..the potatoes.. disgusting and gluey.. (the gravy was good though!) The Munchburger was a dry hocky puck..and I had asked for medium.. NOT impressed and unfortunately wouldn't go back.
Been coming here since I was a kid. Still have one of the best burgers on the city! Worth the trip Southside if you're not already in the area - take in hearty and tasty food, good service and lots of nostalgia... A place always filled with locals and regulars who have been frequenting here for generations...
The chili was too thick. No juice at all. Found a very large bay leaf in my bowl. The fried green tomatoes were pretty tasteless and bland. :( Overall was disappointed
Folks really nice and explained everything. Food was great home style taste. CASH ONLY. Would go back again and again. Best fried green tomatoes.
