I had a confirmed appointment and showed up on time, but the salon was completely closed—no message, no notice, nothing. I called to find out what was going on, and the lady was incredibly rude. She said she had gone home! If she wasn’t going to be there, why book the appointment in the first place? She didn’t apologize. It was a total waste of my time. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
