I ordered the largest bouquet that should have included 8 white roses among an assortment of purple flowers. What was received was 4 yellow roses among some pink and purple flowers. This did not come close to the size or beauty of the picture shown. I am disgusted and embarrassed!
The delivery person was the most rude and unprofessional individual. Banging on the door like he wanted o break it. I let him know through my Ring doorbell that I would be there in two minutes. I have a sick wife and a handicapped daughter yet he did not care and was rude when the door was open. I called the store to complain and they hung up on me. It's no Wonder they have a #3 rating. Boycott
The flowers arrived on time and the the lady doing the delivery was very polite. It was delivered with wilted flowers, many of them had brown edges, some with missing petals. It was a very leafy bouquet. I have included some pictures of the pink bouquet, so you can judge for yourself. I received lots of flowers that week because of a funeral and this was the only one which did not last beyond 3 days.
The middle arrangement was what I paid for, the premium version. The other two depict what my recipient received. Immediately after I called Lovingly with my concern, the florist who created the arrangement called my number and asked to speak to the recipient, which was my mom. I told him, his name was Ray and i believe he was the owner, that I was the sender and i would speak with him. The combative conversation the ensured was a minimum five minutes.
