Great to come to if you've called ahead and made an arrangement. She won't make one on the spot unfortunately. Also a little on the expensive side but not terrible. She was a great help, and im glad she has such good open hours; I went in on easter morning as she was one of the few flower shops open. Would come again if I was in a pinch.
I was the customer in question in the previous negative review. I am compelled to respond as the owner’s reply is filled with untrue and baseless claims. To set the record straight: I was holding a securely packaged box of biscuits from the bakery a few doors down - not a 'big cake' - and I fully intended to purchase flowers to go with them. Very rude and unprofessional service. In response to your reply: that’s not an accurate reflection of what happened. You did not ask us to stop - you repeatedly shouted ‘NO NO NO NO NO’ which is rude and condescending. My companion is not a child to be spoken to that way; she was picking up the pot TO BUY IT and is perfectly capable of managing an item with her other hand. Nasim is an incredible florist!! I recently purchased flowers for my grandmothers funeral service and she created 3 beautiful arrangements. She was attentive when I explained what we were looking for and she made great suggestions without ever being pushy. Her kindness and care for me as a customer navigating the loss of a loved one was truly exceptional and so was her pricing.
