First, U-Haul might be a sperate business but the Mummert employees are the ones being interacted with so the business is NOT SEPERATE or there would be a designated person who only deals with the U-Haul aspect(which there is not)! We stopped in on Thursday 8/14/25 to see if they had any U-Haul trucks available to rent and were told they do not service walk-ins and that they did not have any trucks available! Paul at Mummerts was great he takes care of all of our company vehicles and also my personal vehicles. I highly recommend
Called 3 times for a vehicle drop off date but never received a call back…tried shop & cell but zero. Went to another shop!
Had a great experience there, very professional and honest .they had my vehicle done within a day.
