Buyer beware!! These “ flips” that this business offers are a nightmare. My widowed mother recently bought one and has multiple issues after moving in. Plumbing Electrical Dryer venting to an inside wall HVAC not suitable for home size Windows painted shut They may look pristine but don’t trust what you see. Pay for the inspection!!
I recently went on Mumma’s website to see if my evaluation was still there after conclusion of my business with them a year ago. To my not surprise it was not so this needs repeating. 1st time going to a Mumma Auction. The property was full of lots of interesting vintage and antique things! Bought quite a bit... and then the rains came!
