RecommendedI love Mumfrey's. they are an amazing group of people who seem to care for their customers. I usually have my meds delivered and the driver is so charming. because of social distance he knocks and leaves my meds on the bench I leave beside the door but he never leaves until he knows I have my meds. after the most recent hurricane when the lights were out all over the Parish I was terrified I wouldn't be able to get my rescue inhaler but the tech went in and came back out with my meds. Excellent customer service & delivery driver is phenomenal.
This pharmacy treated me like a drug addict and denied service to me in front of other customers. It was humiliating. They said in front of people that my medication is a controlled substance and they won't take me as a customer even though they had it in stock. I'm sorry that my husband died and my doctor gave me a small prescription for anxiety to help me with it. So I went to CVS down the street and they took care of me. Ridiculous.

I dont know about everyone else, but when it comes to my health and to my medicine, I want to go to a place where I feel like it is a extension of my family. And Mumfrey's is that place for me. They know who I am when I walk through the door, go above and beyond to answer my questions and concerns. They go out of their way to save me money on my prescriptions and follow up on how I am adjusting to any new medications, in addition to informing me how to take my medications properly.
