Victor ruined my Uncles 2017 Encore. He used DOUBLE SIDED TAPE to stick on the wheel trim ans broke off all of the trim tabs to put on a bumper that is sitting crooked anyhow. The bumper cover is full of gaps and the it looks horrendous. I have had to take it to a professional to have it fixed now. Its sitting currently with an estimate of over $2500 to fix paint and replace all the parts that this Illegitimate autobody shop failed to replace (that he said were replaced) for all of the cash that was paid to him. Pesimo servicio para ir a reparar autos!!! Victor el mecanico muy mala postura con clientes y demoras en garantias , peor servicio en florida
Una experiencia desagradable Mumeza Collisions LLC. Se comprometio a realizar un trabajo de lo cual no se vieron resultados. El propietario Victor Muñoz se comprometio a la Devolucion del dinero pero tambien ha cumplido. Colocando co.o excusas a terceros (dealership) servicio al cliento malisimo la manera como se expresa poco profesional. Incumplimiento y no respuesta a las dudas y necesidades del cliente. Se lleva mas de un mes en proceso de devolucin de dinero y alrededor de 4 meses desde que se inicio el trabajo. Pesimo s... read more
Compramos una pieza hace 4 meses por medio de victor el dueño y aun ni llega la pieza , ni devuelve el dinero y llama la cliente a insultar
