The Vada pav was delicious. Vada was warm and fresh and the chutney was Mumbai like spicy the way I like it.
I first tried Mumbaicha Vadapao at Carrasauga a couple of years ago. I was so happy to discover authentic Mumbai-style vada pao in this part of the world! There were other goodies like gulab jamun too. A friend recently commissioned Ameya (the chef) to cater for 40-50 people and everyone was raving about the taste and freshness of the vadas. The most authentic Mumbaicha Vadapav I’ve had in Toronto! The flavour will definitely bring wonderful memories of this favourite street food for any Mumbaikar.
