We keep ordering from Mumbai Grill for the food because customer service is pathetic. On two occasions, they have charged us for the food we never ordered. So, please check the receipt before making any payments. In both cases, it happened when we went for a dine-in. During the second incident, the store owner was there, and when I told her, she just gave me a blank stare and completely ignored me.
