Their attention to detail is what is brilliant !! The creamiest Bhaji for Pav Bhaji, the perfect outside-crunchy inside-cloudy soft texture of Kothimbir Vadi (which I was tasting for the first time btw) took me back to Maharashtra !! The Corn Cheese Balls is such a ubiquitous recipe but somehow they managed to make it unique, again with the crispy outside, cloudy soft inside texture !!
