If you are part of Metlife Legal Plan just move on and look elsewhere, as he won't accept your case, even if it's worth thousands of dollars like in my case without the dignity to tell you over the phone but just sending an email that clearly is a copy/paste from many others like me before

My experience is also consistent with other reviews: - Lack of interest in clients' cases: he refused to speak with me over the phone and instead limited his interaction via emails the whole time. He only cares about legal fees. - Rude behavior coupled with utter incompetence: this guy has serious issues with clarifying questions.
