**WARNING** I purchased a ring from Mulu jewelry with 1 month the stone has fallen out 3 seperate times after 3 different repairs that I had to pay for. Now I being ghosted and ignored by store managers and owner. And they will not answer emails or calls. My father purchased a gemstone from this store that was represented and sold as yellow topaz, and “yellow topaz” is clearly written on the receipt. Because we wanted to verify the authenticity of the stone, we contacted the store about obtaining a gemological report and were told it would cost approximately $150 plus tax. Instead, we decided to have the stone examined independently through the Canadian Institute of Gemology (CIG). Their assessment identified the stone as citrine, NOT yellow topaz.
