A very expensive treatment that may have had negative results. The staff and owner very friendly but I'm less happier then before I went in. I have lost confidence in the place and feel anything else the were to do would be a waste of time. I should have gone to the other place that had a money back Guarantee you

Our protocol for this works 98% of the time and although no reputable medical office would offer a "money back guarantee," we do encourage our visits to come for their free follow-up visits. Please call the office for your follow-up appointment so we can see how we can help. It's been quite some time since your last visit.
Although the staff are really nice I think paying that much for treating ** it should do something. I didn't get any improvement from using their procedure. Also think it was kind of strange that during my initial visit they told me they had to check the results on the computer program and then afterwards they simply looked at the screen and gave a number rating instantly. I think this takes men who are desperately seeking help and simply doesn't work!!

We are very disappointed to hear that you feel the results were not what you were hoping. The procedure works over 90% of the time, but that does leave a little room for error. That being said, our records indicate that you have not completed your follow-up. Your last appointment was close to three years ago. Please call the office to set up an appointment and we'll see if there's still something we can do to help.
UPDATED: I seem to be unable to get in and edit or delete my previous review, I will do more research on how to do so. Until then I will amend my previous review:Multnomah Medical Clinic reached out to me and are willing to work with me to make things right. I appreciate that they have done so and am happy to recommend this clinic.

Deceptive Practices. When I went in for my initial consultation, I was led to believe that if the 5 treatments for my feet neuropathy didnt work well, that they would comp me two more treatments. That was one of the reasons I chose treatment with this facility and thought that was very nice of them that they cared whether you got better.Come to find out, they will not live up to what they initially told me. They answered my questions fully and completely and during the treatments were always concerned about my comfort. Multnomah Medical has helped to heal a very painful left shoulder after surgery that I was suffering with for 17 years. After the first treatment I began to feel better by the next day. Now I am going to have a painful right hip treated along with my left knee. For the first time ever at age 63 I am starting to feel young again as my pain dissipates each day!
