Very difficult to get proper treatment when your primary care physician spends less than 5 minutes addressing your concerns.
Louisa needs to brush up on her customer service..it's rude as hell to hang up on people.
This is by far the most unprofessional and discriminatory clinic I have ever experienced. I was a patient here for years before I finally had enough and left. Many of the patients are immigrants who cannot speak English well, and the way they are treated here is absolutely shameful. The nurses are openly disrespectful talking about patients behind their backs while they are in the room, humiliating them, and treating them as if their lives don’t matter. I just have to give a shout out to the team in the dental office, especially Ebony the dental hygienist! She is beyond kind, gentle, and wonderful to work with! Everyone at this office works really hard to serve a lot of people in our community
