I hate leaving reviews, but truly the anger this encounter brought me was too much. I scheduled dental appointment over the phone, and the seemingly incompetent scheduler made it for a medical. I told them I need a dental appointment not a medical one and instead of asking questions they very rudely sent me to primary care which i already have established. Waiting in hold for 45 minutes. Was just trying to schedule a check up for me and my daughter. They said “they are booked up for the next 14 weeks. You have to call back every day between 7:30 am and 9:30 am on the chance a spot opens up. Good luck bye.” Zero help. I dont care if the appointment is in 6 months. Just give us a date.
