These people clearly do not care or want customers. I saw their responses to people and was like “hmm not professional but ok” so I message them to get some information and the first question I asked they read it and then a few days later I sent a question mark and then they responded. I asked another question days ago and still have been left on read. Customer service is definitely lacking here...
Got my nipples done today one is very crooked and not even though my nipple. And the guy (Chris I think his name is) I’ve never met a “professional” so rude and inconsiderate. He didn’t bother marking the area and asking my opinion first. Was very rushed and he was wearing dark sunglasses. We drove 2 1/2 hours to go here. My best friend get her double helix(also didn’t mark) and when she asked why they were so far apart he just said “because you don’t want them to close” didn’t care about what we wanted just wanted our money... read more

My Medusa was pierced at a wrong angle here so I had to get it redone. The new piercer confirmed it was done wrong.

My siblings and I have had multiple piercings done here. We couldn't be happier. None got infected all healed very well. Very clean shop and professional staff extremely pleased will always come back😊
Went in 2 days ago and got my nipples pierced. Was am amazing experience as it always has been. I have gotten almost all my piercing done here (back when they were magic rainbow and Fairview tattoo/body piercing) was super quick and all around a great experience!
