I went in a couple weeks ago with a friend of mine to get my nose and cartilage pierced, I was nervous and scared but it was a great experience. It was quick and didn't hurt as much as I thought it would, also the guy who did it was very nice along with the rest of the employees. They both are healing up nicely, no problems at all. I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you very much!

I went to get my nose pierced here first. I loved the cleanliness, bright lighting and cheerful employees. I brought more friends back and returned for my bellybutton! I plan on getting a tattoo here next!:)
I went in yesterday and got a couple of tat's from Heather...she is amazing and so fun to talk with, she is very courteous and an eye for detail. I liked when I asked her about doing a cover up with a certain flower she explained that some flowers are hard to use as a cover up but referred me to Kent and said that if anyone could do it that it would be Kent. The customer service at the counter was nothing to brag about but Heather & Kent were very welcoming ☺️
I've gotten all my body mods there so far within a little over a year time. (Nose ring and two tattoos thanks to Heather!). I love all of them. Each one has turned out amazing and the staff is very polite and fun to talk to. I plan on coming back for sure for future tattoos and maybe more piercings!
I think Kent is amazing! I was nervous about getting my 1st tattoo..& I just showed up there. Kent was nice and squeezed me in with my little tat. I now know what I want and i hope he can help me with my back piece. I have to say too, that all my buddies who have tatts say Kent's line work is right on!! He is a great tattoo artist.
I went looking for jewelry. I left without buying anything purely based on the serious lack of customer service. The guy that helped me acted like he had better things to do and I was bothering him. I was a sure sale! I would think that if you are a business in an industry that lives off of word of mouth and getting new customers to walk in the door you would act like you wanted them there.
