Edit: Downgrading my review as we had an issue with our car, they told us it wasn't a particular issue and they couldn't diagnose anything else with it. Took it to a dealership repair shop where they diagnosed the issue within a couple of hours which turned out to be that exact issue this shop had said wasn't the problem. The diagnostic fee here is also at least $100 more than other places and they had our car for quite a while. They are my neighborhood go-to mechanics, just blocks away here in the Village doing maintenance and repair with a thorough inspection, identifying specific needs and problems of my 14-year-old Kia Soul. Did front brakes, serpentine belt, identified oil leak and replace oil and will save the suspension issues for another time and day.
