This place was awesome. Not many places nearby would even look at my Volkswagen, let alone try to fix it. Jason was communicative and kind every step of the way. He tried everything he could to get my Volkawagen back up and running, but unfortunately in the end it was a more complicated issue than they handle. No hard feelings, Jason gave great advice for whether or not I decide to go somewhere else to get my car fixed. I would 100% come back here if I had a less complicated car.
Jason and the team at Multnomah Automotive did a great job fixing up my 1995 T100. It's a weekend work truck and it came into their shop struggling to start (and pretty noisy when it did!) and left driving and sounding like I remembered it 20 years ago. Since it'd been a while since the truck had a checkup, they of course found many other issues that squared with what I'd been experiencing going to the dump or the hardware store. AC wasn't working. After my mechanic took a look, I called Damerow Ford and they said to bring in my truck and they'd take a look. Fixed the AC issues quickly and resolved without any further issues. Chris, the service manager, and TJ, service writer, were both professional, quick, and communicated promptly. Recommend the Damerow Ford team for any service needs you have!
