I have been working with Kevin and others at Multiventure since 2001 as a vendor and could not ask for a better working relationship. Great people who take pride in making sure their properties and clients are being taken care of along with the vendors who service them. The communication, attention to detail and transparency are just a few of the reasons why Multiventure is one our favorite companies to work for.
We live in the Minneapolis area and Multiventure has been working with our HOA for the last 3 years. My husband and I have had to call them a few times and they've always been quick to answer or get back to us and very pleasant to work with. We've talked mostly to Kevin and Ross and they're very professional and easy to work with. Much better than the last company we had.
This is the worst property management company EVER! If anyone knows how to disband an HOA please reach out ASAP. I bought a property over a year ago and 6 months later my HOA fees jumped $50. You would cringe at the amount I am paying monthly for ZERO amenities. We don't have a pool, no community center, not even a bench, nothing! When I asked why our fees jumped so high I was told "incidentals." Okay..... I have complained 5 times about my sidewalk not being properly shoveled. If you find that Multiventure is the Association manager of your complex - RUN. They are not transparent, and if you ask too many questions the sick their lawyer on you to make you shut up. I have been asking for documents that I am entitled to as an owner in the building and have been met with strong resistance in a response from a lawyer.
