Unprofessional/disorganized at best, dishonest/scam at worst. After multiple cancellations, late arrivals and a no show after alerting me he was on his was way he bailed on the project completely. I rearranged my schedule multiple times to accommodate and he was continually unreliable with limited communication. I am not sure if he ever intended on completing the project. Rod is a very nice and personable guy, I held on for far longer than I should have, he wasted so much of our time (and money).
