I towed my car from my dealership repair shop to Multistate Transmission for a second opinion. The diagnosis of the issue was the same, but the price and customer service was different. 05/09/2025 Still haven't heard anything from anyone. DO NOT take your veichles here, there are plenty of shops such as Maximum automotive or PM autocare. Would take my truck there in a heartbeat over this dump. UPDATE!!!! I reached out, Al had answered the phone. They have no idea on how to fix cars
Absolutely terrible people. They kept our car for 12 months and after spending $10k, they completely ruined my motor. The owner Al is super rude and does not care about his customers
They kept my car for 14 months without fixing it. Moreover stole my battery and engine cover. Absolutely disgusting people. STAY AWAY
