09/22/2025 4 months later from my last update and still haven't heard a word. Really speaks volume from this company. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Literally, anywhere else will take better care of you than the people at this shop. I towed my car from my dealership repair shop to Multistate Transmission for a second opinion. The diagnosis of the issue was the same, but the price and customer service was different. Multistate Transmission has transparent, reasonable prices and their customer's service is amazing. Our repair included a warranty, which proves this shop goes the extra mile. My family and I recommend Multistate Transmission.

They have no idea on how to fix cars
Absolutely terrible people. They kept our car for 12 months and after spending $10k, they completely ruined my motor. The owner Al is super rude and does not care about his customers
