My family member paid for a marathon. It was cancelled by MultiSport Canada (they said not enough people signed up). Supposedly we got a "credit" for a future event but they wouldn't refund us. Every time we try to use the credit, we get ignored. We just got scammed in the end. Paid for an event that never happened and no refunds. Wild...
Chilyn Fenton-Stickle and on-site staffer Emma have been absolutely amazing I have had a wonderful time racing with Multisport over the years. It’s the staff that make the experience life changing and Emma is so so strong on site it’s a reassuring feeling if it’s your first race or 100th Multisport cares for the the athletes safety and to provide a unforgettable experience Jeff
