Este es un gran lugar y por muchos años llevo haciendo mis taxes con ellos, pero esta última vez fue muy fustrante con una trabajadora llamada Janet me atendió y no con amabilidad desde que llegue y al final se olvidó de mandar mis taxes por un documento q para ella había falta, y al siguiente día se lo mandé por correo electrónico a primera hora ella quedó muy formal de revivirlo y dijo q no había problema si alguien más lo resivia q seria procesado x la Nora q escribió en mi carpeta 📂 y da la casualidad que hablo 6 semana... read more
Nobdy was there. I been told they would be there in 20 minutes. After the 20 sombody from another office call this guy and he said would be there in another 30 minutes. Seriously?
