Hired MultiplexHome for bathroom and kitchen upgrades, all went well until we found issues in regards to substandard plumbing work done by their subcontractors, it has been a cat and mouse game since December even though the work was still under warranty. I found these guys through home advisor and although they don’t have much reviews, the reviews they had seemed really good until we started discussing pricing. Juzar was nice but didn’t seem to want to discuss our needs as a customer. We informed him from the beginning we had a budget therefore we asked him for two different estimates to renew our flooring.
