We have Fidelity Home Warranty and our condenser fan motor seized up on the heat pump. The following morning, the technician Robert came out to perform the repair. Within just a couple of minutes of being on property, he was able to diagnose the issue. In less than 1-hour he replaced the fan motor and capacitor! Robert was excellent and highly recommend this company.
I discovered multiple services through Fidelity home insurance. Robert is an exceptional technician. He’s thorough, cuts right to the chase. Robert works efficiently, finding issues quickly and taking care of them with ease. Very happy with multiple services and would recommend to anyone looking for a solid technician.
AC went out. Called one company who could reapond quickly,, and was told the compressor was "locked up." I have a home warranty and they contracted Multiple Services, Inc. They arrived and had it fixed in 30 minutes (it was a bad capacitor, not a compressor.) Hats off to Multiple Srrvices, Inc. I highly recommend them.
