Outstanding staff and neurologists. So thankful to be a patient here.
The assistant to the doctors at this clinic is just awful( initial N.P). First she calls me to TELL me the date and time of a follow-up appointment for an MRI that I hadn’t even done yet and got upset when I told her that. Then when booking the follow up appointment after actually doing the MRI she doesn’t call but adds it to my chart and sent a last minute email. She again got upset when I told her that making the appointment through my chart doesn’t make much sense because people don’t typically actively check their my cha... read more
This has to be one of the worst clinics in Toronto.. rude receptionist .. Doctors seem to be out golfing more than caring for their patients.. you can never reach them when you want to talk to them .. very poor patient care ..
