They do not deliver the service one signs up for and always try to get you to take a service one does not want or need for more money. They will deduct a fee from your balance if you do not make any calls in 6 months (without informing the customer) and if you want to close your account and get your remaining balance back, THEY REFUSE TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK!!!
