I had an extremely disappointing experience with Multi Grass. They consistently provided terrible service and delayed jobs well past agreed deadlines. After the initial service, they were unresponsive and outright denied requests for necessary adjustments. Throughout the contract period, they constantly demanded deposits and went silent thereafter. I’m really disappointed to be writing this review, especially after the positive feedback that initially led me to contact Multigrass. I reached out to them for a quote on turf for my backyard, and while their initial response was great, things quickly took a turn. On the day of the appointment, they arrived 3.5 hours later than scheduled after rescheduling twice. Grass has to be good when the workers are the kindest people! Helped us jumpstart our car with little to no questions. Will definitely be coming back to get grasswork next time!
