Originally the artificial turf laying and border work was done to a high standard and on time in December 2024. They promised to return six months after install to spread additional sand. Unfortunately over 18 months later since I have tried to contact Multigrass for months about maintenance and have not received any call or email response. If a Multigrass rep reads this review can they finally respond to my contact. If we get a reasonable outcome I can edit this review appropriately.

Found Richard to be unprofessional and never punctual.Did not do what we agreed upon before starting the job. He filled up the whole front of my yard with nothing but cracker dust. Now a year later sections have entirely eroded and collapsed as I knew they would. Based on my experience, I would not recommend these guys. I have attached a photo of part of the invoice when I paid these guys, proving I have used their services ,which Is why I also have extensive knowledge of the owners methods and name. Ta

I have no hesitation in giving an excellent review to Multigrass, located 12 Parer Rd. Airport West, Vic 3042. They are reliable company with honest staff who provide great advice on the best type of grass for my garden. Their prices are reasonable and the workmanship is excellent. I am very satisfied with their work. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!
