DO NOT take your kids to this place , Unethical and unprofessional just have my first call to schedule 1st therapy for my son , social worker was not informed about his diagnose, when I started questioning about what type of help they would offer she didn't have a clue have to respond, she was very rude and hangout the phone to me, everyone in this office has not manners , I wont trust this center for therapy. ZERO starts for this place they need to hire professional staff.
literally horrible service , I’ve been calling since Wednesday to make an appointment I told them it’s urgent and at first they said I had to wait for someone to call back to schedule my appointment ( that same day ) nobody called Thursday nobody called Friday nobody called so I called Monday and the lady had no idea who I was because apparently nobody wrote my information down so I gave her my information AGAIN and apparently they were gonna call me back but ofc they didn’t so at this point I’m looking for a new place .
the worst place ever , all they care about is $$$ I saw my therapist one time the second time I couldn’t make it , was stuck at work and she advise me to call the office regarding my intentions for therapy . I called the office spoke to the receptionist. She hung up on me the first time , I ask for a diff therapist she said that wasn’t happening and that the owner would call me to follow up it’s been 1 week . I’ve been trying to get in contact with the owner to switch therapist and there’s no response .
