Really happy with MCC. The clinicians are kind and easy to work with, and the ABA program has been a big help. Our child has really improved his communication skills, and you can tell the staff truly cares. We’ve had a great experience and would recommend them to other families.
I am a Door Dasher and they never paid their bill in cash and no one knows why, I would not trust this business becuase of their false reputation, If you lie about paying your food bill what else would you lie about. Don’t go there for your therapy sessions, find another place to go.
We called them in 2023, they said they accept BCBS insurance. So we changed our insurance to BCBS in 2024. And they also show in-network on our portal. Then we tried to make an appointment with them, but we were told they cannot accept our insurance because we are using out-patient service. Is it ridiculous? By the way, one of the front desk ladies was very rude, kept telling us they cannot accept our insurance except to explain the reason.
