Friendly staff. Clean spacious and never had to wait. I just needed a quick visit and was accomodated with care. The nurse provided detailed instructions for me to do my exam on my own as I requested. Love that! My results and perscription were expidited and my piece of mind addressed with care. All my questions were answered and I didnt feel rushed or embarressed. One of the best clinics I have ever been too across the USA. I felt seen.
No one ever answers the phone! It's a nightmare to get ahold of anyone
i got referred here by my primary care doctor and called them, was told to call back the next week as their schedule wasnt open currently. i have been calling for weeks now and now no one wants to answer the phone! i get sent straight to voicemail yet they can pick up other peoples calls. they never returned my voicemails. i even tried calling a different number for the clinic and they didnt seem to even know the doctor that i was referred to. no one here knows what theyre doing and the receptionist people have made the proc... read more
