The staff was extremely helpful and patient. Took my buddy there with a dislocated shoulder after a biking accident. Within a few hours he was fixed up, x-rayed multiple times and sent a prescription for meds near his house. Great place to get hurt!
The nurses at Valley Hospital made my delivery experience absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, every support person we encountered—starting at the check-in desk—was kind, professional, and comforting. Nurse Natalie & nurse Gen were incredibly caring and compassionate. They truly made me feel safe and supported throughout the entire process. I had the most wonderful experience with my nurses. Gen and Amanda were absolutely a god sent to our family!! Our room was very large and super clean. Great experience!!
Had an absolutely wonderful experience with my first daughter 5 years ago and thought I’d have another great experience this time around, my first two nurses were lovely but then at shift change the experience took a shift change unfortunately and I felt uncared for and was told they were too short staffed to aid in my labor needs. Nurse made me feel like I was better off having my baby at home than in their care
