I went to see Dr. Kordish in January of 2023. I’ve seen him for years and he’s always been fantastic. He moved to MultiCare Rockwood downtown from another practice and this was my first appointment with him at that location. I had a comprehensive eye examination. Through oversight, I didn’t get a prescription for readers over contacts. I called Rockwood three times before anyone returned my call. I was told Dr. Kordish had retired and the only way for me to get a prescription for readers now would be to schedule an appoint... read more

Probably the worst doctor you'd ever find in your life! Knows not what he's doing and doesn't care. He doesn't want to 'dirty' his hands by an examination either. You'd be better off going to a vet than this dud/dude!

Staff is unfriendly. Not at all versed in trauma informed care. Bias and racism is running rampant in these communities. I am being harassed by the new director “Candace” for my ptsd responses and treated more like a criminal than a human being who suffers mental health crisis. They don’t treat ADHD, rather symptoms of it, which does little for people with severe adhd. They will take all but $70 of your social security if you have it. They ignore the root causes of things and would rather send you through the wringer and cal... read more

Dr Young had a great demeaner when it came to dealing with my issues. He was refreshing in his attitude to my surgical options. If I need another surgical procedure, I will not hesitate to come back. In other words, this is the man I want with the scalpel in his hands. Thanks again Dr Young. Phillip Troy

Suffered a fall 7/25/2022 - knee went out getting out of shower - dislocated right shoulder and broke arm. Drove self to ER and arrived approx 10:40 pm- admitting nurse demanded payment of $200.00 - in EXTREME pain - told would not be checked in for care until I made payment. Due to shock of pain, needed to use restroom desperately and over a 3 hour time frame requested assistance from 3 different nurses - was totally ignored. The 3 males (I am female) from radiology took care of this - caused additional pain holding bowe... read more

Very very poorly run billing department. It took 3 months to get a bill for the services and then they wont answer their phones to allow you to set up financial arrangements even though the instructions are clearly printed on their own billing statements. I tried 5 times to call in a 6 week period of time, no one would answer the phone and when prompted to leave a message to be called back no one returns the call. I sent a certified letter to the billing address letting them know that I was trying to reach out according to... read more

Run! These guys are criminals who have no idea what they are doing when it comes to healthcare. They steal clients money. Probably, the worst healthcare facility ever.

Very organized, receptionist super great. Was seen in reasonable amount of time. But… Provider did not address my rhomboid spasm. I could barely move and had been taking NSAIDS for several days… and it was worsening. FNP gave me more NSAIDS and said muscle relaxants wouldn’t help it. Ended up going to ED to get flexeril which helped tremendously within 3 days. Disappointed by lack of knowledge - basic urgent care issue.

Went there last night with abdominal pain. Was triaged within the first hour, no IV, labs were never drawn, nausea and pain never treated. Symptoms began worsening so I requested to be reassessed and simply was told that all of the beds were full. I continued to ask if there was a nurse I could speak with, if there was a first nurse available, ensuring the full lobby of patients were ok and their conditions were not worsening. The receptionist was clueless. I was in the lobby for 2 hours with worsening abdominal pain, vomiti... read more
