I was in for orthoscopic knee surgery. it got infected, so back in a second round, was left on day 4 in the bathroom for over an hour! fortunately i'd brought my phone! I called in from the outside and asked for head of nursing. told her where I was/had been for over an hour! asked her how to get the port inserted, that I had been waiting for for 3 days so I could leave. she got me hooked up and out of there in 2 hours! she gets the one star!
Just want to say valleys er is the worst ever tried a couple of times. They would rather let you suffer then even try to help.save yourselfs go somewhere else...and there 30 minute guarantee to be seen is fake
I'm a disabled veteran. I suffer from PTSD, and panic. I was taken here with suicide ideation. The doctors and nurse staff were very violent with me when I would panic. They told me I was doing it because I "got off on it". Sometimes they wouldn't let go to the bathroom and they forced a catheter on me. I was held here for 3 days and sent to another hospital that let me go the next morning!!
The worts hospital everything they say u ok and then you go home and you come to find out u are not doing well at all
By far the worst hospital I've ever seen. The emergency department is cruel and heartless. I'd never recommend this place to anyone
I give one star because there's no option for zero. Was in there last night for 5 hours. I have endometriosis and was in severe pain. First doctor sent in was a man who had actually laughed when telling me that I just needed to get used to the pain. I've never felt so helpless in my whole life. Their staff has zero empathy and treat you as an inconvenience. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone.
Went to Urgent Care when I was having a miscarriage, they got me in to a bed right away and got me started on fluids and scheduled my surgery for the same day. They were all very friendly.
My sister-in-law was released 10 times worse than at the time admitted. She had to be admitted at another hospital. Valley had drugged her so badly she was incapacitated. A few years ago, this hospital treated her with the best of care.
If you have a choice of choosing a hospital for inpatient, I wouldn't recommend Valley Hospital. Reason: 1. Nursing staff are not caring, unprofessional, poor attitudes. They are not work well together as a team 2. While patient need rest, the noise levels was so disruptive. 3. While the hospital proudly of World Class Service, you will be starving to death.
